Pamela Monroe-Ellis (Auditor General, Jamaica) is CAROSAI’s Secretary General, leading the Secretariat Team. The Secretariat at present is located in Kingston, Jamaica. The functions and duties of The Secretariat are outlined in Article eight (8) of CAROSAI’s charter.
